She helped me track my weekly development in terms of weight loss, gave me techniques on workouts and diet which in no time showed results. Another program we did was helping me with my anxiety. She gave me meditation techniques on how to cope especially when I was at my lowest. She really helped me power up my life holistically.

I was in the midst of figuring out 'What's next?', before I turn 40. In our sessions, we practiced envisioning, meditating, and mind-mapping. I felt very calm and composed. I had seen a vision of myself that somehow clarified the path that I would like to take. My thoughts became clearer, and my anxieties were pacified.

I 'd still try to practice these exercises whenever I'd feel the need to calm my mind. It was such an empowering experience.
