Happy 2022! Let us rejoice in new beginnings! What are your 2022 New Year's resolutions?
People write down their ambitions and aims. There is no need to worry if we can't fulfill them all by the end of the year. Many things can happen that are beyond our control.
I always remind others to take it at their own pace and trust the process. Changes do not happen at a snap of our fingers. We cannot simply change our habits in a blink of an eye. What matters is that we are moving forward towards a better version of ourselves, one step at a time.
If your goals change in the middle of the way, it is okay. We are allowed to have aspirations different from what we have initially planned. Life is not one singular line. It contains multiple paths and endless possibilities.
Our new year resolution checklist will serve as our guide. It’s not set in stone what we should do. It is there to remind us that we must visualize ourselves, manifest that goal, and focus. We roll up our sleeves, get the work done, and we reap the rewards.
It is never too late to write a new chapter in our lives. We can always reimagine, and relaunch.
Happy New Year once again. I hope you and your family are having a lovely time.
Let us also congratulate ourselves on surviving another year despite the difficulties we encountered the previous year. It shaped us into better, kinder, and stronger people.
Let’s live a life ignited!

Today is the last day of the year. Are you ready for the new beginning? With the year 2021 coming to a close, this is the best time to evaluate ourselves. Let us reflect and ask ourselves these three questions.
1. ) What have we done to make our life more meaningful?
2. ) What more can we do?
3. ) What are the most significant moments that we should be proud of?
As years go by, we evolve as people. 2020 us is not the same as 2021 us. One year can be enough to create change within ourselves. Progress is what drives people to push towards a better future.
Think of it as a video game. As we level up, the adversaries we face also level up.
First things first, we are not perfect. There are also times that we experience relapses, and we are back to square one. It is okay if we stumble and fail. What matters is that we still dare to stand up and try again.
And finally, we should be proud of our accomplishments. No accomplishment is too big or too small. Existing, surviving, and overcoming adversaries are great things to be proud of. Seeking something meaningful is a feat!
Remember that small wins are just baby steps towards big wins. If we appreciate these small successes, we will also appreciate the bigger ones.
Let us kiss 2021 goodbye and open our hearts to a blessed 2022! May we all live a life ignited! It's time to hop onto the next adventure! Happy New Year!

My friends and I would arrange a video group call. We do this so we can catch up no matter how busy we are. Time seems to fly as we laugh, talk, and reminisce about the old times. I believe we all feel warm and light-hearted after spending some time with friends. Don’t you all agree?
Thanks to technology, we can reach out to our friends no matter how far they are. We can send them messages, photos, and videos quickly. And when they are feeling lost or sad, we can offer our comfort and advice.
With a few taps on our phones, we can brighten up their day.
A famous saying goes, “A friend in need is a friend indeed.”
As we grow older, we take special care in choosing the people we consider as friends. It doesn't matter how small our circles are, as long as they are filled with quality people.
Friends can be our biggest cheerleaders, lifting our spirits when we feel down. They are also our accountability partners, keeping us on track. They also assist us in pushing our limitations and getting out of our comfort zones.
That's what makes friendships so special.
Some friendships last a lifetime, while others fade away. We become so caught up in our work, study, and other duties that we forget to check in on one another.
Even so, genuine friendships can endure despite the passage of time and adversity.
