Have you heard of the book: Chicken Noodle Soup for the Soul? I love reading that book! The stories written there were submitted by genuine people. It gives me hope that people will always find ways to be kind, no matter how terrible the world is.

The book itself can warm our souls in the same manner that soup fills our bellies. In that book, I read a lot of stories about how a perfect stranger helped others turn their life around.

Actions really do speak louder than words. People may forget your exact words, but they will never forget how you acted and how you made them feel.

Kindness is an unspoken language that everyone understands. That's how quickly we can change someone's life.

As an effectual wellness coach, I assist people in achieving their best selves. Not only physically, but also psychologically and spiritually. I help them manifest their goals, their visions and guide them on turning aspirations into reality.

The pandemic may have created adjustments in the way how I guide people. But love finds a way.

I am still overwhelmed by the expressions of gratitude that I receive when I perform my online seminars. I never imagined that my remarks would travel such great distances.

I never imagined that I would be able to make a difference in the lives of hundreds of individuals who were watching me on Zoom, Facebook, and Youtube.

Kindness ignites the spark of inspiration in people. Why? When people find their inspiration, they are more motivated to do great things. It becomes the very reason why they are striving for excellence.

There are numerous ways in which we could be someone's chicken noodle soup. We could be that stranger who changed their lives. We can make the world a better place through our kind words, pleasant gestures, and listening ears.

Have you ever been in a position when you felt so overwhelmed that all you wanted to do was scream? I'm sure a lot of us did!

Even if we were just taking a break, we'd end up facing a different kind of battle. Our personal time-off might not be enough for us to recover.

After all, what is life without a bit of chaos?

There are just moments that things don't fall into place and cause our life to go into disarray.

Chaos means something different to each person. To some of us, it could be a toxic workplace with toxic workmates. And to others, it could be that their homes do not feel like home anymore.

There are times we feel that the world is testing our abilities to deal with it. As we grow, we need to realize that there are just some things that are out of our control.

We need to make a stand and choose our battles wisely. There is no absolute need to smash every wall we see when we can just pass by it.

Even God's best soldiers need their rest too.

Life is chaotic. But it is entirely up to us how we can deal with it and turn chaos as a bridge towards serenity.

Let's live a life ignited. Subscribe to my blog!

I love writing! I enjoy writing down my thoughts, and that piques my interest. My passion for writing is what inspired me to write my book and start this blog!

When I was still writing my book, #Metamorphosis, I would write my manuscripts in between flights. The moment it was published, I felt accomplished!

I had crossed something off my bucket list, and it seems as though I had made my mark on the world. I was able to share my life experiences and lessons with everyone.

Why should you write about your thoughts and anything that interests you?

Here are reasons why:

  • Helps us clear our minds, process our emotions, and organize our thoughts.

Needing a quick reset from mixed emotions and thoughts? Just write it out! Simply jot down whatever comes to mind. Organization comes later.

  • Creates room for creativity

Almost everything was born as a result of writing! The films, the novels, and so much more. Let your imagination go wild, and who knows? It could become the next best-seller!

  • Allows us to remember things and make more use of our time

Instead of worrying about forgetting something, we are more at ease and more focused on something worthwhile!

  • Gives a sense of accomplishment and gratitude

Writing is the best way of planning something out. It could also help us in manifesting something! It also counts when we write a Thank-You note to those who helped us in times of trouble.

  • Builds connections

Writing is a way to express our emotions and interests. Our written words are heartfelt and powerful. Let us use it to build others!

We are all authors and protagonists of our own stories. It’s up to us how we’ll write our adventures in the book of life.
