I’m a certified workaholic. And work-from-home is getting the best of me. I love what I do, that’s why I tend to ignore the hours when in my zone. Work makes me happy. But no matter what I say, work is still work. It requires mental, emotional, and physical investment. It will take its toll on our well-being one way or another.
We need to be extra mindful to create enough breathing space for ourselves daily. We need to take care of ourself first, before we can give the best of who we are.
